One of my tarot decks has felt much less clear than another for a while. Could frequent readings or asking small questions be part of it, or might something else be going on?
Why does one of my decks feel like it stopped answering?

I’d first look at the reading process rather than assume the deck has changed. If you’ve been asking lots of questions, especially ones where you already have a strong expectation, it can get harder to read the cards without steering them toward an answer.
Try taking a short break, then ask one specific question and write down your first interpretation before checking it against what you hoped to hear. A few readings like that may show whether the issue is fatigue, unclear questions, or just a stretch where the cards feel harder to interpret.

It may simply be that you know one deck’s imagery and style better. Different decks can prompt different associations, and a deck you use less might feel unusually direct because you’re bringing fresh attention to it.
Compare the same question with both decks only occasionally, and note what each card brings to mind, including reversed card meanings. If the readings keep feeling muddy, leave that deck aside for a bit rather than pulling more cards to force clarity.

If you think of a deck as having its own personality, you could treat the lull as a cue to pause and reset your routine. Put it away for a while, or do a simple clearing ritual if that’s meaningful to you. I’d take that as a reflective practice, not proof that the deck is literally refusing to respond.
