Is My House Haunted? Seeking Advice on Paranormal Experiences

I've lived in a house where my grandma and sister passed away, and I'm currently sleeping in the room where my grandma died. It feels really heavy with sorrow and bad vibes here. Lately, I've been experiencing some strange things, like knocks on my window and the sensation of someone sitting on my bed. My bed has even shaken before. Additionally, I've been having recurring nightmares about being kidnapped or in danger, and the knocks have returned. I often wake up around 3 AM, which is really frightening. I want to avoid scaring myself more or manifesting anything bad. If anyone has advice on how to deal with this situation, it would be greatly appreciated. I've tried to ignore it in the past, but it's really affecting my mental health.

It sounds like you’ve had some really vivid experiences! It might help to talk to someone who understands these kinds of phenomena. Whether it's a therapist who specializes in this area or a paranormal expert, getting another perspective could really ease your mind. And don't forget to prioritize your mental health; make sure you're looking after yourself and finding ways to relax.

You're not alone in this! It’s important to take back your space and create a peaceful environment. Start by setting boundaries in your room—maybe even use some protective crystals or light sage to cleanse the area. You deserve to feel safe where you live, so don’t hesitate to take action to protect your space.

It sounds like you're going through a tough time. A good first step could be to 'clear' the space in your house. Sometimes, negative energies can attract more negativity, especially if you're feeling low. When I had similar experiences, taking care of myself really helped; it was almost like a protective barrier. You might also consider calling on a spiritual figure for support during scary moments. Remember, you can definitely reclaim your space and make it feel safe again.
