I’ve had an unusual increase in energy and some vivid images of space, along with a strong sense that something is building. I’m not sure whether to treat that feeling as meaningful or just as an experience to observe. How would you think about it?

I’d separate what happened from what it might mean. You can write down the energy, images, timing, sleep, stress, and anything else you notice, without deciding that they predict a bigger event. Looking back later may make patterns clearer, and it keeps a powerful feeling from turning into a certainty before you have more to go on.

You can leave room for a personal or spiritual interpretation if that feels useful, but I wouldn’t assume it means something is about to happen to everyone. For now, ordinary grounding can help: eat, rest, get outside, and talk it through with someone level-headed. You don’t have to settle on an explanation right away.

If the sensations or visions are disrupting sleep, making it hard to function, or getting frightening, consider checking in with a health professional. That doesn’t dismiss what the experience means to you. It gives you a practical way to look at possible contributors and get support if you need it.
