Help! I Lost Something Important and Pulled Tarot Cards for Guidance

I've misplaced an item that's really essential to me, and I'm completely stressed out. I've searched my house everywhere, but no luck. To help me, I pulled a tarot card and got the Queen of Pentacles. It gives me some hope that it's still around here somewhere, but I can't pinpoint a location. I also pulled two more cards: the 10 of Wands and The Lovers reversed. Any insights on what these could mean or where I might find my lost item?
