Did I Experience Something Paranormal During My Tarot Reading?

I recently had a really strange experience during a tarot reading I did for myself. After finishing the reading, I heard two distinct knocks on my door. Even though I wasn't actually expecting anyone, I felt compelled to respond with a "yes?". Totally out of instinct, I said it, despite initially telling myself not to. Almost instantly after I spoke, my laptop—which was off but not shut down—started playing a YouTube video. The weirdest part? It wasn't a tab I had open or even the last one in my playlist; it was a video I had totally forgotten about. I hadn't touched the laptop, and there was no way for anything to accidentally trigger it. It was just this sudden man's voice coming from nowhere right after I said something in response to the knock. I felt unnerved right away and insisted that whatever it was wasn't welcome. My question is: have I messed up by responding to the knock? Should I do some kind of protection spell or ritual, or is my banishment enough?
