What Does It Mean to Have a Quiet Aura After a Bio Tuning Session?

I recently had a bio tuning session and was told that my aura felt very quiet and a bit difficult to detect. I'm trying to make sense of this, as I've come across ideas that link a quiet aura to being calm, grounded, or introspective—none of which sound bad to me. However, my practitioner interpreted it negatively. I'm eager to hear from anyone who's experienced similar feelings or can offer interpretations of a quiet aura. What do you think?

There are lots of interpretations for a quiet aura, and they aren't all bad. Sometimes I feel I pull my aura inward without even realizing it, especially in public when I don’t want to be noticed. It's like an automatic response for me. But I think inner struggles—like feeling depressed or anxious—can also contribute to a quieter aura. It's interesting how our emotional states can affect our energy!

I really think your practitioner was being too harsh in labeling your aura as negative. A quiet aura might just reflect someone's natural demeanor or even their emotional state at that time. It could mean you're less open but not necessarily unhealthy. I wonder what techniques the practitioner uses because I've read that different therapies might view auras differently—Barbara Brennan’s work, for example, really sheds light on this topic.

A quiet aura can be seen negatively for a few reasons. One possibility is that if your aura is larger, it might become diluted in places with strong energies, like crowded environments. Another concern is auric leakage—this happens if there’s damage to your aura, making it feel like your energy is seeping out. The health of your chakras also plays a role; if they’re off balance, it can affect your aura too. Unhealthy connections with others, described as energetic cords, can lead to a weaker aura as well.
