Strange Knocking Noises in My Apartment

Hey everyone! I've been experiencing some really weird knocking noises in my third-floor apartment, and I can't shake the feeling that something strange is going on. At first, these knocks would only happen at night, but now they're happening all the time, and they're getting louder. Sometimes, it feels like there's a force trying to push me or move my body when the knocks occur. When I try to move, the knocks seem to stop, but they come back when I'm still. I've recorded these sounds, and they definitely seem real. My old roommate thought our place was haunted because she had her own spooky experiences. Now I'm worried—it could be anything from someone messing with me upstairs to something supernatural. I'm open to any advice or suggestions you have!

Have you considered the possibility of rodents? I know it sounds mundane, but sometimes rats in the walls can create a lot of noise. It might be worth checking with your landlord or someone who can inspect your place for that kind of problem. Could be less spooky than you think!
