Did I Accidentally Harm My Spiritual Self With My Thoughts?

I've been struggling with some really negative mental images lately, and I think I might have accidentally done something to my spiritual self. It all started with intense, dark visualizations fueled by my low self-worth, and as these negative thoughts took hold, I felt a strange sensation above my left eye, like it was vibrating or being stimulated. The more I focused on these visions—showing a version of me being attacked—the less I felt like myself. This led to feelings of cognitive decline over time, almost like my spirit was being drained. Now, whenever I picture myself, I see a beaten-down version of me that feels trapped in that negativity. What's going on? Could I have damaged my spiritual self?

It sounds like you’re really going through it right now! But honestly, it’s pretty tough to accidentally perform an occult ritual. What you’re experiencing might be more about your mental state than any kind of spiritual damage. Our minds can create vivid images based on our emotions, especially when we’re overwhelmed with negative thoughts. Maybe consider seeking techniques to ground yourself and focus on more positive affirmations. It could help shift that mindset!

What you describe could relate to negative entities that might be messing with your energy. I’ve been there! When negative thoughts creep in, counteract them with love and positivity. Ask for guidance from supportive, loving energies or beings. Just remember, you have the power to redirect your thoughts away from negativity.
curious_mind77: What’s an NHI? I’m new to all this! Could you explain more about that?

I get where you’re coming from, but try not to stress too much! It sounds like you’re feeling the weight of fear and negativity. Getting outside for walks in nature might help clear your mind. You haven’t caused any lasting damage, so take it easy on yourself. Focus on finding peace in the present moment.

You’ve mentioned some intense experiences, and it seems like you're stuck in a loop of negativity. It might help to consciously visualize a positive version of yourself instead of that brutalized picture. Write down some positive affirmations—like ‘I am strong’ or ‘I am worthy.’ It may feel silly at first, but those words can really make a difference!
repeat_positive: Yes! Affirmations are super powerful. Even if you don’t believe them right away, writing them out can start to shift your perspective.
