I keep seeing both spellings in discussions of manifestation and glamour practices. Do they mean different things, or is it mostly a spelling choice?
Is there actually a difference between magic and magick?

Usually, “magick” is a spelling some people choose for occult or ritual practice, while “magic” can also mean stage tricks or fantasy. The distinction isn’t fixed, though, and the spelling alone doesn’t tell you what someone believes or does.

In a phrase like glamour magic or glamour magick, I’d look at the person’s explanation rather than the spelling. Some use “magick” to flag a spiritual or esoteric approach, but it doesn’t automatically point to a different method.
