Has anyone experienced sudden stomach pain after performing a spell?

I've been experiencing some strange stomach pain after doing a simple spell where I was inviting positive energy and fun opportunities. I'm on my period, but I wasn't having any significant cramps before. Suddenly, after finishing the spell, I doubled over in pain from intense cramps. Is this something others have experienced, or could it just be my body reacting naturally?

No pain for me either, but I definitely get hungry after spells! Even if I ground myself well, I just end up craving snacks. It’s kind of a weird thing to experience, haha! Maybe it’s just our bodies saying they need something after focusing energy.
