Is it Possible to Transfer Pain from One Person to Another?

Hey everyone! I've discovered that I can take away other people's pain by just placing my hands on them, and it seems to work every time. I never really believed in spiritual stuff until recently, but after trying it a few times on my partner, every time they felt better, I ended up feeling some pain myself instead. I've done this with several people, and they all claimed their pain vanished after I helped them. I'm curious if anyone has heard of this phenomenon and if there's a way I could practice or improve my ability further?

Consider looking into reiki and pranic healing. They explore ideas similar to what you're experiencing, and they could provide valuable insights and techniques.

It sounds like you have a natural intuitive healing ability! However, you should be careful not to overdo it, as taking on others' pain repeatedly can lead to your own depletion. Many energy healing practices emphasize the importance of self-care and boundaries, plus working with universal healing energy instead of your own limited energy.

I can relate! I found I have a similar ability after practicing reiki for a few years. It's vital to be able to let go of the pain you handle, which it seems like you're already good at. You might want to look into 'Physical Empathy' and its connection with the Root Chakra. A good resource is 'The Subtle Body' by Cyndi Dale – it's extensive and covers a lot about energy anatomy, including abilities like yours.
