I’m trying to tidy up my altar and my oils and tinctures are scattered around. I have drawers, but I’m worried bottles might leak. What storage setup works well?
How do you keep oils and tinctures organized?

A shallow tray or small divided box inside the drawer can keep bottles upright and catch minor drips. Leave enough room to lift bottles out without tipping the others, and group them by type so you can find things quickly.

I’d focus on keeping them upright, away from direct sun and heat, and somewhere children or pets can’t reach. Keep tinctures and oils in their original, clearly labeled containers when possible, since storage needs can differ by ingredients and liquid type. I wouldn’t put them beside candles or other open flames.

For a low-effort system, label the top as well as the front if the bottles are small, and add the date when you get or make each one. A couple of small baskets on a shelf can work just as well as a dedicated organizer, as long as the bottles stay upright and are easy to inspect.

A tray inside the drawer sounds like a good middle ground. I can check for leaks without having bottles loose in there.
