How Can I Get Rid of a Demon That is Following Me?

Hey everyone, I need some serious advice. I've been feeling tormented by a demon that's been following me around. I can see its face when I close my eyes, and it's been trying to get me to hurt myself. I refuse to give in because I know that's what it wants. This seems to happen most often when I'm alone and feeling vulnerable. I thought about seeking help at a local Catholic church, but the demon claims that it controls them, which honestly feels plausible, yet I know that could just be its way of manipulating me. I don't feel suicidal—I'm actually very much in love with life—but this demon's presence is terrifying. I think I might be suffering from consequences of something in a past life. I'd really appreciate any advice you all might have for getting this entity to go away!

First off, I really recommend talking to a therapist about this. It sounds like you might be dealing with some psychological stuff that could be mistaken for paranormal experiences. If, after therapy, the issue remains, then you might want to consider exploring spiritual options. Just remember that the power you give to these feelings can affect how they manifest. Focus on self-love and positivity to push back against that negativity.

BraveHeart11: I’m glad you mentioned therapy! I think it’s important to cover all angles before diving into the spiritual side. Definitely talk to your therapist about your experiences.

What’s the story behind this whole experience? Did you use a Ouija board or anything similar? Sometimes those encounters can trigger a lot more than we realize, and it's vital to understand how it all started.

Wanderlust_Chronicles: No Ouija board or anything like that. I just came home one night, and he was waiting for me. It's been an ongoing issue ever since.

Predators often intimidate by making you question your reality, so don't let it spook you! Definitely go to a church and seek help if you feel that’s right for you. Spiritually, love and positivity can create a protective shield around you. Consider calling on positive spiritual energies, such as invoking Jesus for protection—many say that it’s quite effective against negative entities.

HopefulHeart83: This message is so uplifting! It really resonates with me and gives me hope that I can banish this negativity. Thank you!
