Why do I get headaches after performing spells?

I just completed a spell, and while I'm still feeling its effects, I've also developed a headache. I have chronic illness and felt particularly fatigued today, so I'm curious if this indicates something about the effectiveness of the spell.

You might want to look into energy hygiene if that's new to you. It sounds like grounding could have been an issue. Since you were already feeling tired, I doubt the headache is directly linked to the spell itself. Hope you feel better soon!

Did you ground yourself before or after the spell? That can really make a difference in how you feel afterward.

Sometimes headaches can just be from the smoke or if you’ve been focused on a flame for too long. Just make sure you’re breathing properly!
