How can I stop feeling drained after doing tarot readings?

I'm trying to become a professional tarot reader, but whenever I do a couple of readings in a day, I end up feeling completely wiped out for days afterward. The next week, I feel depressed, irritable, and just drained, almost like I have a hangover. I can feel my energy dipping while I'm reading, but the crash hits hard the following day, especially at night. Even if I had a good day, I still feel completely exhausted at night. What can I do to manage this?

Have you been grounding yourself before starting your readings? I find that can really help prevent that drained feeling afterward. It's all about balancing your energy before diving in!

Mystic_Advice: Thanks for sharing that! I’ve been feeling since I started reading too, so this is super helpful.
