Question

Why Am I Feeling Tightness in My Chest After a Love Spell?

I recently tried a drinkable general love spell that involved self-love and focusing on someone special to me. Afterward, I felt a bit clearer and less centered on that person, which I'm fine with. However, I've been experiencing a tightness in my chest for the last few days that's bothering me. I'm unsure if it's due to feeling depleted, needing grounding, or if it's linked to something like shadow work that needs addressing. Outside of the spell, I've been anxious about a project I was working on and was stressed leading up to the spell. Now, whenever I distract myself with TV or cooking, the tightness goes away, but I struggle to focus on my spell work or the project. Any advice on how to cope with this would be greatly appreciated as I want to continue my journey in witchcraft while keeping a good balance!

Hey there! I can relate a lot to what you're going through. From my experience, that tightness in your chest could be anxiety manifesting physically, especially if you’ve been under a lot of stress. I’d definitely suggest focusing on some grounding techniques—try deep breathing or meditation. You might also find some relief with peppermint tea; it’s refreshing and can boost your energy. Just be gentle with yourself and give it a bit of time, especially after you finish your project. It could make a big difference for you!

It’s completely normal to feel drained after doing magic—it’s a lot of energy you're working with! You might want to check out some resources on energetic hygiene and grounding techniques; they can be really helpful. If you’re still feeling off after some grounding, it might also be worth looking into other stress relief methods that work for you—taking breaks or doing things that relax you could really help!

A love spell can definitely stir up a lot of emotions and energy! I’d suggest looking into what you put in your drinkable spell—sometimes even simple ingredients can have unexpected effects if you're dealing with other health issues or medications. It sounds like a lot of what you’re feeling could be stress-related, so keeping up with grounding practices could really help you settle that tension in your chest. Just make sure to take care of yourself and be mindful about what you consume in your spells!
