For anyone who has cast a hex that they felt was effective, what signs led you to believe it actually worked instead of just coincidence? After casting, did you notice any unexpected changes in your energy, emotions, or even karmic effects? To me, it's not about feelings when I do this work. I approach it with a sense of certainty and clarity. After the spell is cast, I focus on its disposal and ensuring I fulfill any responsibilities that come with it. The term 'aftermath' is a bit vague to me, but I always ensure I'm prepared for the consequences.

I cast a simple spell on an abusive person a few years back, and oddly enough, the following week, he ended up really sick for a whole week. It felt exhausting, and I think that's because the energy from the spell drains you emotionally and physically. You have to be aware of how it affects you, especially if you live with the person you're targeting, as it can complicate things at home.

During the equinox last year, I created a baneful spell jar aimed at diminishing the influence of certain government symbols, including the Tesla logo. While I didn’t do this alone, it was surprising to watch the value of that symbol drop—both metaphorically and in stock price. In addition, there seemed to be an uptick in discussions around the book 'Braiding Sweetgrass' in witchy circles, which was interesting for a book that’s been around for a while.

I don't stress about the aftermath because I have solid confidence in my abilities. I spend a lot of time researching and developing my methods. Once I let a hex go, I don't seek signs or worry about karma; I trust that my protective practices are effective.

I don't necessarily 'feel' it working. I just know it does. I had cast spells that led to people stepping away from my life, and they indeed passed away. It was more about the outcome rather than any emotional signs.
