I had a really odd morning that's left me feeling unsettled and I'm curious about what others think. Just for some context, I work night shifts and got off work at 5 AM. My coworker and I had been chatting about intuition—something that's unusual for him since he usually just jokes around. We only started the conversation because I mentioned having a gut feeling about an ex-coworker's wife being trouble, and then they ended up getting involved in a murder case.
After work, I offered my coworkers a ride home, but my car wouldn't start even though it was fine before. So we decided to walk. On our way, we passed a motel where a fire truck had just arrived, which was eerie enough, but then an ambulance almost got stalled by a train, just narrowly making it through.
The whole street felt unusually quiet, even with people around. As we walked further, I noticed that every streetlight on our path started flickering almost simultaneously, which was super strange—only that road was affected. Then, I spotted a centipede, which I hadn't seen in years, plus a dead frog, definitely giving me weird vibes. When I separated from my coworker, I looked up and saw a giant cloud that looked like the Eye of Horus, which sent chills down my spine. I'm still trying to process all this; it feels like more than just coincidence. I'm just starting my journey into witchcraft, influenced by my aunt who practices, and I can't help but feel that there's something off today.
