Seeking Recommendations for Online Tarot Reading Platforms

Hey! I used to work for a psychic hotline that was advertised on Upwork. While they seemed appealing, I found them pretty predatory. They often monitor your conversations and really push you to keep clients talking, even if they're spending way too much money. I think a better route might be to open an Etsy shop. I started mine just to see what would happen, and while it took time to build up my clientele, it ultimately worked out well! Just be aware of the fees and ensure that your readings are fairly priced; you want to attract good clients, not just make a quick buck!

Honestly, I'd be wary of any platforms that seem to prioritize profits over genuine client relationships. Many reading services can be manipulative, pushing you to say things to keep customers spending. If you value integrity, look for ways to build your own brand gradually and establish a real connection with your clients.

I joined a Facebook group for women freelancers in my city and posted an offer to do readings. I started out volunteering, and it turned into a good experience—you’d be surprised how many people are willing to pay! It’s a good way to build connections too.

Just be cautious with tarot reading apps or psychic chatlines. Many of them feel more like call centers where you're not able to express your true intuition or connect with your clients meaningfully. Consider structuring your services independently, perhaps through local meet-ups or platforms like Etsy or Fiverr to showcase your readings while developing a personal brand.

If you’re looking for options, there’s Fiverr where you can offer tarot readings, but like others have warned, be careful—some of those platforms can definitely feel scammy. Or check out the Pocket Insight app, though I’ve heard mixed reviews about it. Keep your eyes open and always trust your gut!
