Question

Recommendations for Tarot Business Courses

I'm in search of some solid recommendations for courses aimed specifically at tarot readers who want to establish themselves as professional readers, either full-time or as a side hustle. I need guidance on topics like marketing and client acquisition. Since I have ADHD, I often experience information overload when doing my own research. A structured course with clear goals and tasks would really help me stay on track and get the work done! I know Emily Rose offers a course, but I'm concerned it might be outside my budget. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Breaking into the tarot business can be pretty challenging because of the increasing number of tarot readers out there. To build your client base, start by creating social media pages dedicated to your readings. A good way to attract clients is by participating in local farmer's or artist's markets where you can offer free one-card readings to engage people. I've found that offering consistent services, like monthly moon cycle readings, keeps clients coming back. Keeping a good relationship with your clients and tracking their past readings can really help too!

I can relate to the market saturation. I just recently listed my services on an online recommendation site, but there are now significantly more readers than when I started. With the economy being rough, I think many skilled individuals are venturing into the indie space. It’s a tough landscape, but those who truly excel will be the ones that remain. We’ll see who makes it through the noise!

If you're looking for structured training, I recommend checking out Chris Reck's 'Minnow Pond Tarot' and his 'Dent Makers' course. I've heard great things about the way he approaches building a tarot business!
