Recommendations for Beginner-Friendly Grimoires
Asked by

I've been exploring the world of magic for a while now and have recently started working with servitors, particularly inspired by Damon Brand's book. However, I'm looking to expand my knowledge and practice further, possibly in different directions. Can anyone suggest some grimoires that are suitable for beginners, easily accessible, and budget-friendly since I'm still a student? I appreciate any advice!

A great book to start with is Aaron Leitch's *Secrets of the Magickal Grimoires*. It provides a solid foundation and will prepare you well for any further study of grimoires. Also, take a look at classic grimoires available for free on sites like esotericarchives.com to help you decide which ones you might want to invest in.

If you're just starting out, I highly recommend checking out *The Arbatel of Magic*. It's very beginner-friendly and there's a group discussing it online. The Joseph H. Peterson translation is the most reliable, but you can find older versions for free if you're looking to save some money.
