Question

Why Do I Keep Attracting Orange Cats?

I've rescued quite a few cats over the years, and it's interesting that most of them have been orange. Crazy enough, two of them are female, which is rare since only about 1 in 5 orange cats are female. I regularly feed the neighborhood cats to help control pests, and while their appearances here change, there's usually at least one orange cat around. Lately, I've taken in the last surviving kitten from a litter I've been feeding, and surprise, he's also orange! So right now, I have three orange cats at home. It just seems odd and interesting to me, and I thought it would be fun to chat about it.

That's a fascinating observation! I think orange cats might stick together like they're in a little hive-mind. If one of them gets attached to you, the others follow suit. It's like there's a hidden network of communication among them!

I find that super interesting! I've never really thought about why I attract certain types of cats until now. I seem to attract brown tabbies specifically. I currently have three brown ones, along with an orange and a silver. I think it might be about the energy we give off. My energy feels very brown tabby—friendly but definitely ready to stand my ground when needed!

I totally get this! I've had a weird pattern where I attract tabbies of all kinds. It’s like they just sense my vibe or something. I guess every cat has its own energy, and maybe we’re just vibing with certain colors or patterns!
