Question

Why Did My Moon Water Containers Break?

I've been trying to collect moon water for the first time, but unfortunately, both my glass and plastic bottles broke on my balcony last night due to strong winds. I'm curious about what this might mean. My mom mentioned something about my "veil being thin" and that they did some spell work because of it. How should I interpret the breaking of the bottles?

Honestly, it sounds like a simple case of the wind. Don't stress over it; it's not a magical sign or anything. Next time, maybe try putting your containers inside near a window so they can catch the moonlight while being sheltered from the wind.

I get why you’re worried, but your mom’s talk about your veil was probably just meant to tweak a little concern. Setting a jar out under the full moon is usually safe; just adapt your setup next time based on the weather.

It's all about the weather! If it’s really windy, you could always put your bottles inside your car under the windshield during the full moon. This way, they can still soak up the moonlight but are less likely to get blown over.

No need to give it too much thought! Just check the forecast for wind next time and confirm it’s calm enough to leave your containers out. If you keep everything in mind, you can avoid this issue in the future!

The wind knocking over your bottles is just that—wind. I wouldn't worry about it being anything more than that. Just remember to place your bottles somewhere safer next time, like behind a plant or use jars that are less likely to tip over.
