Why are wealthy individuals still using email for communication?

I've been wondering why some of the wealthiest individuals out there, with a combined net worth over $7 trillion, are still opting to communicate through standard email services like Gmail. Given their resources, why haven't they developed their own private messaging apps? It feels peculiar to me that they would choose a method that can be easily archived and potentially presented as evidence. What are your thoughts on this?

Funny how the whole Epstein Files read like a conspiracy theory. Makes you wonder how much of it was actually coordinated or pushed as a narrative. It’s all a bit suspect.

Remember that smartphones and popular apps only emerged around the time the App Store launched in 2008. Prior to that, email was the primary mode of communication, and it may just be a habit that stuck around long after better alternatives became available.

It’s also interesting to note that even among their wealthy circles, many of these individuals seem to have poor grammar and plenty of typos in their emails. It’s a reminder that wealth doesn’t equate to communication skills!

That's a solid point! We shouldn't forget that some people, like Trump, aren’t even into using computers. Apparently, he doesn’t send emails. It showcases the range of how different individuals handle their communication.

There are a few possibilities to consider here: 1. Just because someone is rich doesn’t necessarily mean they’re smarter than average. 2. Many wealthy individuals might not be as tech-savvy as we expect, particularly if they belong to older generations. 3. Some might just not care enough to change their habits. 4. And who knows, maybe there are deeper implications behind their communication choices, especially regarding high-profile cases like Epstein’s.
