It’s hard to judge a clip from a short description alone. If you share one, include the unedited recording and a little context, like the time, camera position, and what made the moment seem unusual.

I’d keep an open mind without treating a strange-looking clip as proof of anything. Checking the moments just before and after, and noting any uncertainty about what’s visible, makes for a much more useful discussion.
