Is it okay to make moon water on any night?

I'm new to making moon water and won't be able to charge it tomorrow. Can I do it tonight instead? Also, is it safe to drink the water once it's charged?

You can definitely make moon water any night! Each moon phase carries different vibes, though. For example, the waning moon is great for banishing, while the waxing moon is ideal for attracting things. The new moon is all about new beginnings and introspection. And yes, drinking the moon water is totally fine—I've even used mine in my coffee maker after charging it!

Remember that the energy of a specific moon phase is strong for about three days before, on, and three days after the phase itself. So even if you do it tonight, you can still tap into that energy, but doing it on the actual day is usually the most powerful.

That's a great question! If you can't see the moon directly from your place, just putting the water outside usually works best. In my opinion, there's a special kind of magic that happens when the water is exposed to the nighttime air, but if that's not possible, a windowsill can work too!
nature_Nellie: I've read that it doesn't have to be in the direct moonlight. As long as it's outside or near a window, you're good!
sky_Seeker: I've noticed that moon water feels really charged just being outside, so don't stress too much about the exact spot!
