Experiencing Nightmares and Random Injuries After a Love Spell: What's Going On?

At the start of January, I performed a love spell on my specific person (SP) after extensive research and using tarot for divination. I did a protection spell first and then followed up with the love spell. About 25 days later, my SP returned, apologized for past mistakes, and we've been enjoying dates together. However, over the last 10 days, I've been plagued with nightmares about my pets and myself dying, waking up around 4:11 AM during the past three nights. I've also noticed random scratches on my fingers, my nails are breaking unusually, and I've got a cut on my arm along with bruises on my legs. I'm quite paranoid about where these injuries are coming from since my pets don't scratch or bother me at night. Is this a sign of something?
