I'm curious about the sensation of energy around the third eye. It feels like there's an intense energy pouring into it, and honestly, it feels like my forehead has been on fire for years! I practice grounding techniques and can feel energy moving through my spine, but the pressure in my forehead is overwhelming. Does this feeling ever lessen or go away?
