Keep enough of the surrounding text to show what the screenshot is responding to, and note when and where it appeared if you know. A cropped image can make copied text look more complete or certain than it is.

I’d add a plain-text transcription alongside the images. It’s easier to search, read on different devices, and compare against the original wording. Mark anything you can’t make out rather than guessing.

A screenshot shows what was posted, not whether the information is accurate. If the details matter, try to find a reliable source that confirms them, and cover any personal details that aren’t needed before sharing.
