What do you do with the money in your ritual money bowl?

At the beginning of the year, I set up a money bowl on my Ancestral shrine. Every Thursday, I light candles and pray for my ancestors, adding money from my salary and side hustles when I can. This holiday season, I'm thinking about donating the money to the homeless or those in need as a way to give back, since I've felt so supported this year. I'm curious about what others do with their money bowls—any ideas?

I treat my money bowl like a witchcraft fund. Just the other day I bought a bracelet with some of it, and I'm planning to use the rest for materials to craft a new pendulum from a broken necklace. It's a practical and fun way to keep the energy flowing!

I usually spend what's in my bowl because I believe in the idea that what goes around comes around. It's been charging with good energy, and spending it keeps that flow going. If you feel called to donate, that totally sounds like a great choice too! Trust your instincts on this one.

I typically spend mine if I'm in need of cash. Recently, I found this charity near me that’s collecting gifts for kids from low-income families, so I bought a few things for that. It feels good to use the money for a good cause during the holidays!
