Has Your Throat Chakra Ever Opened Up? What Did It Feel Like?

I've been on quite a journey with my throat chakra after experiencing trauma and years of struggling to express myself. It all started a few years ago with a negative kundalini experience that left me in poor health. Recently, therapy prompted me to confront childhood trauma related to abuse, which has been a huge hurdle in my healing process. Despite my efforts, I felt like nothing was really moving until last night, when I woke up feeling a strange sensation in my throat—a warm fluid feeling that was oddly comforting. I'm curious to hear from others: what did it feel like when your throat chakra opened up? Was it a sudden event or gradual? What do you think triggered your experience? I'm also interested in how I can support my sister, who is dealing with similar challenges.

For me, opening my throat chakra came after a lot of practice and patience. I learned to stop forcing my words and just let them flow naturally. When I started speaking from my heart instead of from fear, I noticed a shift. The energy barriers that used to hold me back just began to dissolve. I've also noticed that with all the astrological shifts happening, it's a time when many people are experiencing similar transformative efforts. Just keep expressing yourself and trust the process!

I’ve had a challenging path too, similar to yours. A few years ago, I went through a kundalini awakening, and it was confusing and overwhelming. But then one night, I had a realization that I need to forgive some people from my past, which led to a huge release of blocked energy in my throat. After some reiki and meditations, it felt like I finally cleared the obstacles that held me back for so long. Now I feel more connected and ready to share my journey with others—like making YouTube videos. It’s empowering to reclaim your voice, and I commend you for taking those steps!

When your throat chakra opens, it can feel like a floodgate lifting. Words come easier, and there's no longer the fear of expression holding you back. It also helps to get through tough conversations more smoothly, as I've experienced. The more you practice using your voice, the more empowered you'll feel. Don't hesitate to keep working on it—you're on the right path!

I had a unique experience when my throat chakra opened. It was during a deep moment with my partner, and I felt this bubbling sensation in my chest that kept moving up into my throat. It was strange and made me feel a bit embarrassed, but afterward, I found it easier to express myself publicly. I used to be really shy about sharing my thoughts, but now I feel compelled to speak out. It's great to see you pushing through and sharing your story too—it's really important work! Keep embracing that strength!

My experience was pretty wild too; I felt like my throat was being stretched, almost like dry gum. It was pretty uncomfortable and happened right after I had some deep dreams about past relationships. Maybe it’s all connected! Just remember to listen to the sensations in your body—it really helps in getting to the root of things.

Mine was opened before i was mature or evolved enough to integrate it. Yes you want to express spiritual unfolding that has been made conscious. But when there is still lack of habitual purity, you will now have no shame expressing that along side it. Be careful.
