I’ve been trying the same working in a few different wooded spots and have noticed different results. Could a location matter, or might other factors be at play?
Can the place you practice in change how a spell feels or works?

A place can change your focus, mood, and sense of meaning, so it may feel more potent without proving that the location caused a result. One outcome after a delay is hard to interpret on its own. If you want to explore the pattern, keep notes and repeat the same working across locations, while being clear about what would count as a result.

Within a spiritual practice, it’s reasonable to choose a place that feels fitting or helps you settle into the work. You don’t have to decide that one spot is objectively stronger. Notice what the setting means to you, and follow whatever boundaries or customs matter in your practice.

Sometimes the simple stuff makes a big difference: less noise, more privacy, comfortable ground, or fewer interruptions. Pick somewhere you can concentrate and get back safely. Respect access rules, leave the area as you found it, and avoid anything that could disturb wildlife or create a fire risk.
