I had a random thought: does playing an instrument count as a way to cleanse sound energy? Has anyone tried this before, and did it work for you?

Absolutely, playing an instrument can definitely work as a form of sound cleansing! The key is to use music or notes that resonate with the feeling you want to create. Just focus on your intent while you play.

Yeah, for sure! Especially if you’re playing soothing, meditative tunes and holding those notes. It can really lift the energy in a space.

Haha, I actually imagined playing that old 2000s song "Get Out, Right Now" by JoJo while picturing all the bad energy just escaping! 😂 I consider it sound cleansing for sure, especially if you play with intention.

It really depends on what the sound means to you personally. For me, playing my trumpet could be great for banishing bad vibes, not just cleansing.

Honestly, I hadn’t thought of it as cleansing before, but now I’m tempted to try! Maybe changing my mindset about it will make a difference.
