During a past-life exploration, I pictured living under a different-looking sun. The image felt vivid, and since then I’ve felt uneasy about the sun here. I’m not sure whether to treat it as memory, imagination, or something else. How can I make sense of it without getting more unsettled?
A vivid past-life image has made the sun feel wrong to me. What now?

A vivid experience can feel deeply real without proving where it came from. You can take the feelings seriously while keeping the explanation open. Writing down what you remember, and what you were feeling before and after the session, may help separate the image itself from the meaning you’re giving it.
If these explorations are leaving you distressed, take a break from them. If the unease starts disrupting sleep or everyday life, talking it through with a mental health professional could help.

You don’t have to settle the past-life question right away. Maybe the image matters as a symbol, or maybe it was a product of imagination and expectation. Either way, you can ask what it brings up for you now without treating every detail as a fact.
I’d also be cautious about sessions that push you toward a specific explanation or keep making the memories more frightening.

For the day-to-day part, make time outdoors feel manageable rather than turning it into a test. Choose shade, wear sun protection, and notice what specifically bothers you, such as brightness or heat. You don’t need to force yourself to love sunny weather.
The sun can be hazardous without being hostile. Taking ordinary precautions is enough; you don’t have to make the image explain what the sun is.
