I’m looking for tarot spread ideas for a relationship where all three partners are dating each other. Would you use one spread for the whole group, or make space for each connection too?
What kind of tarot spread could work for three partners?

I’d try a seven-card layout: one card for each person’s perspective, one for the shared dynamic, and one each for communication, a current strength, a point needing care, and a possible next step. Treat the cards as prompts for discussion, not as a verdict on what anyone secretly feels.

Maybe separate the group picture from the pair connections. Pull one card for the relationship as a whole, then one for each of the three pairings. That can show different dynamics without assuming the group relationship feels identical in every direction. If you want, add a final card for what would help everyone feel heard.

I’d keep it simple and make the reading about your own choices: what am I bringing to this relationship, what do I need to ask about, and what can I do to communicate clearly? If everyone wants to take part, each person could answer those prompts for themselves. I wouldn’t use a reading to decide another partner’s feelings or make a choice on their behalf.
