I came across a claim that a 1989 talk show episode about breeding and sacrifice was banned. What evidence would actually establish that, and should claims about the host be checked separately?
How do you check whether an old TV episode was really banned?

Start by pinning down the exact episode: its air date, title, guests, and which broadcaster supposedly withdrew it. Then look for independent records, such as contemporary TV listings, station or network documents, archived recordings, and credible reporting from the time. A clip being hard to find now does not, by itself, show it was banned.

I’d separate the claims into pieces. Was there an episode? Was it later restricted or removed? And what evidence connects the host to any alleged wrongdoing? Each needs its own support. A dramatic caption or an association with someone controversial cannot establish the rest.
