How Can I Release Stuck Energy in My Pelvis?

Hi everyone, I'm seeking advice on a challenging issue. The past couple of years have left me feeling like my body is constantly in fight or flight mode, which I believe has caused a lot of tension around my pelvis and thighs. This manifests as a lot of clenching in my vagina and thighs, and I often confuse this physical tension with being hypersexual. It feels like when I experience any anxiety, my pelvis automatically rocks back and forth, which leads my mind to think it must be a sexual response. Additionally, when I listen to music or feel any emotion, I notice that energy gets stuck in my pelvic area and struggles to move further down my thighs, almost like there's a blockage preventing it from flowing. I've tried listening to frequencies to help unblock this energy, but it hasn't worked. I find some relief when I tremor, but that's mostly in my legs and doesn't address the core issue. This seems related to trauma from attachment and rejection issues, and I'm really desperate for advice on how to move this energy along. Any thoughts?

I've been dealing with some similar experiences, and I've found hip opening exercises really effective in moving energy through my sacral area. If you look up "trauma-informed hip opening exercises" on YouTube, you might find some useful resources.

You might be experiencing an energy blockage. I used to have a similar issue where my hips would vibrate or spasm involuntarily during meditation and even in daily life. Instead of just using frequencies, I found that meditating directly into the feeling helped me start to unravel that blockage. I can understand how stuck energy can make you feel a certain way, especially since it's so closely tied to the groin area.

This sounds like a somatic trauma response. Your body might be stuck in a cycle where any activation is channeled to the same spot. The automatic movements you're experiencing could be your body's way of trying to dislodge that energy but hitting a wall instead. Have you tried to actively guide your tremors? For instance, gently rocking your pelvis while you tremor could help encourage the release. Working with someone trained in somatic experiencing or trauma therapy could really help too.

Have you considered focusing on low breathing techniques? Try to visualize your breath reaching your sacrum to help release some of that tension. Also, looking into pelvic floor specialists for massages might help loosen things up a bit. It does sound like some trauma is involved, so finding ways to release those negative feelings could be beneficial. Have you heard of TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises)? It might be worth exploring.
