Have You Ever Experienced an Allergic Reaction After Anomalous Events?

I've had a lot of unusual experiences throughout my life, including sightings and a missing time event where I traveled a long distance on just a quarter tank of gas. Recently, after a meditation session with a friend, I had some odd occurrences. About a week later, I woke up feeling extremely sore all over, particularly in my right foot, and my eyes were bloodshot and swollen, almost like an allergic reaction. I felt fine otherwise, but I had a brief memory of seeing a being next to me while I was out of my body. Has anyone else experienced something similar, either an out-of-body memory or an allergic reaction after such events? I'm feeling a bit strange sharing this, as I've only told a couple of people before.

The symptoms you're describing are not unheard of. Whitley Strieber mentioned similar allergic reactions to 'The Visitors' in his book, 'Transformation.' So what you're going through might fit a pattern others have experienced!

When I had my own intense experiences involving dreams and themes of abduction, I found myself dealing with sensitive skin and reactions similar to what you described. It was like my body was hyper-reactive for weeks afterward. I didn’t find any physical marks, but I did have a skin condition flare-up during that period. It might be related to some kind of energy awakening or movement in your body.
curiousDreamer92: That sounds familiar! I haven’t found any marks either, but I do have psoriasis that flares up occasionally, so I get what you mean.

It's interesting that you mention physical reactions tied to anomalous experiences. Dr. Jim Segala's research suggests that some people have had medical responses from high energy exposure, leading to things like autoimmune disorders and blood issues. You're definitely not alone in this! Thankfully, most recover fully after a few months. Have you noticed any lingering effects since it happened?
curiousDreamer92: The soreness mostly went away by day two, but I did wake up with a swollen lymph node recently, which is why I posted. These reactions don’t usually happen to me, so it’s a bit concerning.

curiousDreamer92: I remember reading that book ages ago! Thanks for the reminder; maybe I should revisit it.
