Could this vision and all these dates mean something, or am I trying to connect too much?

I had a vivid vision that I’ve been interpreting as a past-life memory, and its message seemed to be about letting go of anger. Now my dad is in a coma, and the timing overlaps with my brother’s suicide anniversary and other painful family dates. I feel angry, empty, and unsure whether the full moon or my guides have anything to do with it. How can I make sense of this without forcing an explanation?

You don’t have to decide whether the vision was literally a past-life memory for it to matter to you. It may be a spiritual experience, a symbolic way your mind is expressing grief, or something you’re still unsure about. You can take the idea of releasing anger as a prompt to care for yourself, not as proof that you’re supposed to stop feeling angry or forgive anyone on demand.

When several painful events land on dates that already carry meaning, it’s very human to look for a pattern. That can feel significant without showing that the full moon caused anything or that the dates predict what will happen next. Your dad’s condition is uncertain right now, so it’s okay to leave the bigger explanation unanswered and focus on what the medical team can tell your family.

Anger, love, fear, and numbness can all show up together here. Your dad’s addiction and the uncertainty around his condition don’t erase the fact that this is a frightening family crisis. You don’t need to turn it into a lesson or decide what his actions mean before you have more information.

If you can, ask someone you trust to stay with you or help with practical things while you’re there. A grief counselor or another mental health professional could also help you carry the anniversary and the current crisis without having to sort out everything alone. If you feel at risk of hurting yourself or unable to stay safe, tell someone nearby and contact local emergency or crisis support.
